The apartment is on the first floor of an elegant palace dating back to1870, in the “Umbertine” style, it was recently refurbished and divided into three separate apartments, one next to the other, with a common corridor, in which, it’s placed a washing machine of common use for the three flats.
Each apartment is very spacious with: living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
The living room, is furnished with two comfortable armchair-beds, that, might be used by the occurrence as a single or double bed; TV with DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking: gas machine, oven and obviously fridge and freezer.
Bathroom has a shower box.
Independent heating system and air condition in all the rooms.
Each apartment can accommodate up to four persons, and the price is €125 per day regardless of the number of occupants, consumption included.
These apartments are a valid opportunity for family groups as renting the three of them together they can host up to 12 persons at a time.
For December 31st and Easter’s Sunday stays the daily charge is doubled.
Final cleaning included for a minimum of 4 nights stay.
For 1-3 nights stays (upon availability), there is a € 30,00 surcharge for final cleanings.Weekly change of laundry: included for 1-2 persons, € 10,00 supplement for each additional person
Cautionary deposit: € 150,00

We’re in the middle of historical center, two steps from Saint Peter’s Basilica and Saint Angel castle, near Giulia street and squares rich of story, as Navona square and Campo de’Fiori; Coronari street is next to them, and, it is for all the lovers of objects and furniture of antique and modern business.

To eat and drink, there is a choice for each taste: restaurants, hostarias, Pizzerie, for every pockets and after dinner, wine bar, lounge bar and trendy meeting-places.
Instead, for who wants to do itself, there is a well stoked market below the house.

A really strategic position to visit Rome on foot, with the most important places, reachable: walking or with few bus stops.
Anyway, beside the main door, there’s the bus stop of numbers (40; 64), that goes to Termini station.
