The apartment is located in the centre of Rome, in a characteristic lane, closed to traffic, in Monti district.

Nice and comfortable apartment of 35 sqm, located in a very quiet street yet very close to bustling of Roman night life of the ancient quarter of Rome, well known for its typical restaurants, trattorias and craftsmen’s workshops. The apartment is on the third floor with no lift, so you should be able to manage 3 flights of stairs.

The entrance door is in wood, all the apartment has a wooden floor. It consists of: corridor with large mirror a room with double bed sofa, a wooden table with 4 chairs, the night areas is separated by a wall. Small kitchen equipped with small fridge, 4 gas fires, sink, and equipment up to 4 persons. A bathroom with shower, wc and a washbasin with mirror.

Facilities: Air-conditioned, heather, color TV, built-in safety box and linen change, radio.
Weekly cleaning and linen change.

If you don’t mind some exercise climbing the 3 flights of steps to reach the apartment on the third floor the apartment is extremely convenient for its location and an excellent solution for thse who wish to feel the real atmosphere Rome.

The apartment is close to the Roman Forum, the Colosseum, Venice Square and 15 minutes walk from Trevi Fountain. It’s also very close to the underground, B Line - Cavour stop, just one stop far from Termini Railways station.

A small electric bus stop is at few metres from the studio, and several buses stop are in via of the Imperial Fora and via Cavour.

How to reach us

By car:
The apartment is located in the historical centre and the area is closed to traffic from Monday to Friday 8,00am to 6,00pm and Saturday from 2,00pm to 6,00pm, so if you arrive by own car you can’t reach the apartment in the above time frame.

You cannot park in the area but it is possible to park in a private parking close to the studio.
