The City Center residence is found about 3 km. away from Saint Peter’s Basilica, in a side street of Via Aurelia, in a residential location, far away from the traffic chaos of the city.
The City Center residence is ideal for anyone who needs to spend a few days in the capital, both for tourism and business. In the nearby there is a very well-stocked supermarket and a bus stop, a few minutes away there is the picturesque outdoor market of Via Urbano II, open every day Mondays through Saturdays, where you can buy fruits and vegetables. Very close there are also trading malls and sporting centers. In the nearby there are also the Roma Aurelia train station and the line A Cornelia metro station.

residence City Center - Roma The residence is all developed at ground floor, totally framed by plants and little hedges. The studio apartments, recently restructured, include a cooking spot, a dining table, a sleeping corner and a bathroom with shower box. A small patio in front of the entrance allows dining outdoors when the season allows it. Every studio apartment has its own reserved parking spot. Weekly cleaning and laundry change are included.
