The apartment is in the heart of Trastevere, the medieval district of Rome, and is the ground floor of an ancient 16th century palace. It is located in a most characteristic and quiet alley where cars are not allowed.
Its surface is about 110 square meters. It is completely independent as it is accessed directly from the street.
It can arrange up to six or seven people. It is composed of a large lounge room, a large bedroom on two levels, one more bedroom with a double bunk-bed, a kitchen, two bathrooms and an downstairs hobby room.
The front door leads to a wide lounge room furnished with a large couch, two armchairs, a large beautiful wooden library, a dinner table for 6-8, a color TV set with satellite, a hi-fi radio CD tape player, a telephone, and some ancient pieces of furniture.
The master bedroom has two levels and has air-conditioning. At ground level there is a sofa double bed, two wardrobes, a desk with an armchair, a library and a bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi type shower.
On the loft there is a master double bed.
The second bedroom is furnished with a double bunk-bed with a large desk on the lower level. One extra foldable bed is available in this room. The second bathroom is aside this room and has a standard shower. In the space leading to the bathroom there is a wash and dry machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dish-washer, pots and cutlery.
In the downstairs shop you will find an iron with ironing board. The heating is independent. The apartment is complete with linens that are changed weekly.
